We are seeking a Gas Engineer (or someone willing to learn) to join our team. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gas appliances and systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your primary duties will include conducting safety inspections, troubleshooting gas-related issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Gas Engineer or similar role.
Certification or licensure as a Gas Safe Registered Engineer (or equivalent in relevant jurisdiction).
Strong technical skills and knowledge of gas appliances, systems, and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various environments and conditions.
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
Install, repair, and maintain gas appliances and systems such as boilers, heaters, ovens, and fireplaces.
Conduct safety inspections and tests to identify and resolve potential hazards or malfunctions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot gas-related issues, including leaks, pressure problems, and ignition failures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding gas appliances and systems.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices related to gas engineering.
